HOW IT WORKS
The first step is to understand your business, your customers, what you offer them, and what systems and processes you already have in place.
We’ll ask you lots of questions about the types of tasks that take up your time, you dislike doing, or you don’t have skills or time for. We’ll develop a proposal for you and help to decide which plan will suit best.
Once you decide to get started we’ll assign you with a dedicated virtual assistant and we’ll collate a “job description” outlining the tasks they will complete for you. This will give you both a full understanding of the expectations. We will agree on the monthly plan that suits best and the combination of domestic or international VA for certain tasks. We will then provide you with our Terms of Engagement for signing.
We know that one size does not fit all so we have several service options available.

MONTHLY PLANS
Our monthly service plans provide you with real flexibility, there are no contracts and you can upgrade at any time.
You can mix plans by purchasing domestic and international time for specific projects or events.
You are assigned a dedicated assistant and we take care of back-up assistance during any absences. Having the flexibility to move between international or domestic service plans will ensure you will benefit from our preferential rates and maximise productivity.
